Deadlines for Shipments

Killergear.co.uk will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders received before 12:00 noon will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the following business day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close of business Friday.

International Shipments

Killergear.co.uk is NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes associated with any International Order. All charges relating to shipping, duties, taxes, permits, customs, and broker fees are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer.

Returning a product

In case of a wrong product or a mistake done by us, or a damaged product, we will take care of the full process of the return of the product, including shipping.

In case you as the customer ordered the wrong product, the full shipping costs will be payed by you as the customer.

Please make sure the product you are returning is NOT in a "USED" condition and we can resell it.

The product must be repacked in it's original package and send to us.
